A soothing sweetness

The olfactory message of lemon balm is light, joyful, one might even say loving.
Lemon balm is a "soft", which communicates his joy and sparkle to those who need it.

Use

In toning lotion for the face: it will bring its soothing and anti-inflammatory. So it will be used for the same indications as hydrolats Roman chamomile and cornflower hydrosol balm bringing his characteristic lemony fragrance.
Internally: it will be nice to mix it with water and soak up its apsaisantes virtues and - according to most popular traditions - comforting hearts emotionally abused.
To help reduce fever: internally, a teaspoonful of medicated water in a glass of water (interesting use for children), and externally, by which compresses communicate the infinite sweetness of this plant.
